April 3 - April 7th
RBB Meeting to finalize budgets for 06-7.

Revised School Culture Statement provided to design team coach.

April 15th:

Goal to have 50% of Staff Recommended for hire (about 5-6 staff On-Board)

April 15th:
Deadline to encumber or propose current site categorical funds for the schools in the coming year.

April 20 - 24:
POSSIBLE Week to schedule Shared Site meeting regarding Facility division  proposal.

April 28th
School Climate Plan Due to NSDG.  To include:
2 Practices, 2 Policies, 2 Procedures, and 1 Choice document minimum.

April 21st
GOAL to have the site inventory completed.

June 1st:
Goal to have 100% of staff (about 11-13 On-board)

End of June
Recommended Vacation Time for leaders.

July 15th:
Date by which all staff must be hired OR HR will fill the positions.

August 15th:
Deadline Goal to have all OUSD schools entirely staffed.
